At Paul & Lisa London, customer satisfaction is extremely important to us. However, if for any reason you wish to return an item, please review our policy below carefully.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be received by you before initiating a return request.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
• All original tags and labels must remain attached.
• Trying on items is permitted; wearing them beyond fitting is not allowed.

Please note: Orders placed in multiple sizes with the intention of returning part of the order are not eligible for return.

How to Initiate a Return

• Contact us at info@paulandlisalondon.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Once approved, you will receive detailed return instructions and the designated return address in the United Kingdom.
• The item must be shipped back at your own expense.
• We strongly recommend using a shipping method with tracking and proof of shipment.
• Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Refunds

• Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
• If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days and issued to your original method of payment.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Important Information

• We are not responsible for lost return shipments.
• We are not liable for packages marked as delivered to the address provided by the customer at checkout.
• It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping details.
• Any address errors must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order.
